Preschool-Age Children: Play therapy specialist – work with children as young as 5.
Children & Adolescents: As a child and adolescent therapist, I specialize in issues related to family problems, abuse and trauma, behavioral acting out, anxiety and depression.
Parents: Parents are an integral part of treatment with children and teens. Therefore, assisting parents with parenting skills and strategies to improve the parent/child attachment relationship are usually a part of treatment.
Adults: I am skilled in assisting with anxiety and depression issues which are usually related to stress, self-esteem, abuse and/or relational problems, and lack of empowerment.
Couples Counseling: I am able to remain unbiased while helping couples better understand one another, and improve communication and intimacy.
